For a more personal approach we conduct one on one viewings of your property with potential buyers, giving them all the time they require at a time of day that suits them, rather than rushing scores of people through your home on a Saturday morning. This also ensures the safety of your property and its contents. We understand that the process of choosing to sell your home can be one of the most crucial decisions you will make in your life, therefore we ensure every measure is taken to assist you when, where and however we can.
At Michael Burr and Associates we choose not to charge anything for photography, advertising or marketing at any time. The only charge you will incur is the commission and only once your property is sold, making listing with us risk free for you. We also take care of all photography which includes drone images and floor plans.
